Costs and Fees

We have set prices for Monthly or Annual Maintenance Contracts. Costs depend on types and sizes of properties. As these may vary is size and detail we tend to make a visit to the property to make a personal diagnostic and evaluation before giving a quotation for the property maintenance fees. Some houses are new and low maintenance and others old and in need on continuous attention. We also have to take in respect location and transportation costs to provide required services

PAYMENTS

Costs of your management are invioced montly for your perusal. Management charges may also be paid annually in advance which attracts a 5% discount. We also require owners to pay into our client account any monies they wish us to pay on their behalf for taxes or wealth taxes, community fees, insurance premiums etc. in advance.

To guarantee payment on time we necessitate a permanent credit balance to make sure that all services are provided, avoiding cuts and unnecessary costs and fines.

We do have the facility to accept UK sterling transactions. These will be at the current exchange rate on the day.
